This fall, Wendy’s brought the taste of autumn to fast foodies across the country with the addition of the Pumpkin Spice Frosty to its menu. But with a small order of the creamy beverage featuring a whopping 51 grams of sugar, it’s not exactly a keto-friendly treat. Enter our low-sugar version of Wendy’s Pumpkin Spice Frosty — all of the fall flavor, none of the guilt.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice, even better if it’s homemade
3 tbsp powdered sugar replacement sweetener, we’re a fan of Monkfruit
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat mixture until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes if using hand or stand mixture.
- Move the mixture into a Ziploc bag and freeze until almost frozen, about 30 minutes.
- Cut the tip off the bag, pipe into serving containers of choice, and enjoy your keto pumpkin spice frosty!
If left in freezer longer than 30 minutes, let thaw for about 15 minutes and use hands to warm mixture before serving.
