Lavender ‘99 Cocktail

Los Poblanos’ signature Lavender ’99 Cocktail pays homage to 1999, the first year lavender was planted on the farm. The cocktail showcases their Western Dry Gin with its aromatic juniper notes and a house-made lavender syrup which you can find in their farm shops or purchase online.

Lavender ‘99

1 ½ oz Los Poblanos Western Dry Gin
1 oz Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz Los Poblanos Lavender Syrup
5 oz Brut champagne

Build in an iced, stemless Burgundy wine glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and lavender sprig. Enjoy your Lavender ’99 cocktail!
