What started one afternoon in the Old Sanbusco Mall Parking lot on the last Saturday of September 1991 as a one-day food and wine event with 20 restaurants and 20 wineries, has 30 years later become an annual five-day event with over 60 participating restaurants and 90 winery partners. More than 3,500 guests arrive in Santa Fe for this one-of-a-kind Fiesta.
