About the Exhibition:
Shimmering Gloom is a solo exhibition by New Mexico–based visual artist Brianna Tadeo (they/them). Through experimental analog and digital photography, Tadeo explores impermanence and transformation, embracing fragility and the quiet beauty found in decay. The work invites viewers into a poetic meditation on light, loss, and the shimmer that emerges amid change.
Artist Background:
Tadeo holds an MFA from the University of New Mexico and a BFA from California College of the Arts. Their work has been exhibited nationally and recognized by SF Camerawork’s FORECAST 2025 and Lenscratch’s “Top 25 Students to Watch.”
Workshop Details:
Join Tadeo for a free, hands‑on workshop exploring the ephemeral nature of photography through lumen prints and discussion. Registration is required and space is limited.
