Kendall Ross: As For Me and My House
September 12 – October 18, 2025 | Kouri + Corrao, Santa Fe
Opening Reception: Friday, September 12 | 5–7 PM
Oklahoma City–based fiber artist Kendall Ross (known online as I’d Knit That) presents her first solo show at Kouri + Corrao Gallery. As For Me and My House features Ross’s most ambitious hand-knit works to date, pushing the boundaries of scale, vulnerability, and emotional storytelling. Entirely knit by hand, these pieces reflect deeply personal narratives on family, faith, and identity while transforming everyday textile into monumental works of art.
Highlights include an oversized church pew encased in hand-knit diary entries and towering textile installations that invite viewers to experience knitting as both structure and story. Ross’s work blends social, political, and personal histories, reimagining the role of fiber art in contemporary practice.
This exhibition coincides with Ross’s inclusion in ArtNow 2025: Materials and Boundaries at Oklahoma Contemporary, opening September 18.
📍 Kouri + Corrao Gallery, 3213 Calle Marie, Santa Fe
