- 1 oz NETA Espandin
- 1 oz Salers Gentian Aperitif
- ¾ oz Cocchi Americano
- ¼ oz As Above So Below Absinthe
- 1/2 tsp Ancho Verde
- Lime
- Grilled poblano slice, to garnish
Instructions
- Build in a stirring vessel, stir, and then strain over a large cube into a double Old-Fashioned glass.
- Finish with a twist of lime expressed and discarded and finally garnish with a grilled poblano slice.
