- 1 ½ oz Mezcal
- ¾ oz Tamarindo cocktail syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes of spicy bitters
- Red chile salt mix, to drape the glass
- Torched cinnamon stick and lemon wedge, to garnish
Instructions
- Place the mezcal, tamarindo cocktail syrup, lemon juice and spicy bitters in a shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass draped with red chile salt mix and garnish with a torched cinnamon stick and lemon wedge.
