We promise this Sugar Cane Supper is not too sweet with hints of spice, aloe, and bitters.
Ingredients

- 1 oz Uruapan Caña Criolla Mexican Rum
- .5 oz Suze
- .5 oz Chareau aloe liqueur
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz grapefruit juice
- .5 oz roasted poblano agave syrup
- Top with soda water
- Peychaud bitters over top of cocktail
- Cucumber ribbon, to garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker, whip shake together, strain into Collins glass, add ice, top with soda water and Peychaud bitters, garnish with cucumber ribbon.
