- 1 oz pistachio orgeat
- 2 oz Tularosa Sotol or your favorite vodka
- Pistachios, to garnish
Instructions
- Place the orgeat and sotol a cocktail shaker with ice, shake lightly, and pour into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with crushed pistachio.
