Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium kale leaves or 1 medium collard green, ribs removed
- 1 unpeeled apple, chunked, preferably a tangy variety such as Granny Smith, Honey Crisp, or Opal
- 1/3 cup packed cilantro
- 1/3 cup packed flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups apple juice
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth and uniform in color. Pour into tall glasses and serve with iced tea spoons.
